Having ordered by phone and recently online I feel qualified to comment on both methods. Absolutely perfect. In fact I would say Stuff UK has one of the best online ordering systems I have come across. The staff are professional and helpful. There is nothing to fault in this transaction. I chose Styff-uk.net because I wanted a guaranteed genuine HP part and not a fake part. It was clear that this supplier could provide just that and at a very competitive price..

I had no problems. Delivery on time (2 days) and the item exactly what I ordered. Really pleased as item was cheaper than Argos.
